Kara Peterson

Kara Peterson is a marketing executive with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Ruggable since 2024, Kara previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Brand at FORMA Brands from 2023 to 2024. Kara's background includes significant roles at The Honest Company as Vice President/General Manager of Beauty + Body and Vice President of Marketing from 2020 to 2023, and at Smashbox Cosmetics, where roles ranged from Executive Director of Global Marketing to Senior Brand Manager from 2011 to 2020. Additionally, Kara served as a Global Marketing Instructor at FIDM from 2010 to 2014 and held various marketing positions at Stila Cosmetics and Canon Communications earlier in the career.
