Fatima Bouffier has extensive experience in customer operations and business strategy. Currently serving as Customer Operations Manager at Runa since June 2021, Fatima previously held the position of Strategy and Growth Lead at OPFRA, where responsibilities included expanding the Pieology brand in Mexico and overseeing operational processes. Fatima's background includes experience in sales and account management at UNIFIN FINANCIERA, where notable achievements involved establishing relationships with key accounts. Fatima also gained valuable skills through internships with the Consejo Nacional Empresarial Turistico and The St. Regis Mexico City, focusing on event organization and public relations.
