Kate Hayes, CISSP, CCSP

Kate Hayes, CISSP, CCSP has over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Kate began their career in 2011 as a Keyholder, Sales at Sprint. In 2012, they moved to Guardian Protection Services and worked as a Service Desk Analyst. In 2014, they joined Allegro MicroSystems, LLC and held the roles of Information Technology Supervisor, System Analyst and Desktop Support Specialist. Kate is currently a Senior Security Engineer at Rune Labs since 2022.

Kate Hayes has obtained a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, which they started in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in the same field. Kate has also obtained a number of certifications, including CompTIA Project+ (2022), IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) (2021), CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) (2022), CompTIA A+ (2021), CompTIA Network+ (2021), CompTIA PenTest+ (2021), CompTIA Security+ (2021), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (2022), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) (2022), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) (2021), and EC-Council Certified Encryption Specialist (ECES) (2021).
