Craig Plucker

Craig Plucker is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and Director of Operations at Rustica Hardware since February 2014, Craig oversees day-to-day operations of various production departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery in collaboration with sales and customer service teams. Previously, Craig held the position of Production Manager at JELD-WEN Inc. from August 1999 to October 2013, where responsibilities included managing a large manufacturing facility with a focus on efficiency and employee satisfaction. Craig's career also includes roles as a Repair Technician at Milgard Windows and Installation Manager at Bennett's Paint and Glass, showcasing a diverse skill set in both technical and managerial areas. Craig holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and an Associate's of Applied Science in Business Administration from Utah Valley University.
