Daniel Neely

Daniel Neely has a solid work experience in the IT field. Daniel started their career as a Technical Support Representative at OneSupport in March 2017 and worked until May 2020. In December 2019, they had an internship as an IT Helpdesk Intern at Daxko, which lasted until April 2020. From May 2020 to December 2020, they served as a Help Desk Analyst at ITAC Solutions. In January 2021, they joined Daxko again as an IT Helpdesk Intern, but this time their internship ended in July 2021. Currently, they are working at RxBenefits, Inc. as a Help Desk Analyst I since July 2021 and has recently been promoted to the position of Help Desk Analyst II in March 2023.

Daniel Neely attended Pinson Valley High School from 2010 to 2014. Daniel did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. Daniel also obtained several certifications, including the CompTIA Cloud Essentials+ Certification from CompTIA in July 2023, the Linux Professional Institute: Linux Essentials Certification from the Linux Professional Institute (LPI) in July 2023, the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in June 2023, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals Certification from Microsoft in June 2023, the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA in May 2023, and the Jamf Certified Associate Exam - English from Jamf in July 2022.
