Tom Ceulemans

Tom Ceulemans is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as VP of Engineering at Rydoo since August 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the engineering organization. Prior to this role, Tom held positions as Engineering Manager, providing mentorship and technical guidance while focusing on code quality and technical debt reduction, and as Tech Lead, where Tom led a team in redesigning key components of the expense solution. Tom's earlier career includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Xpenditure during its transition from startup to scale-up, and a Software Developer at Item Solutions, where numerous client projects were delivered. Tom began a career in software development with an internship at Electronic Data Systems, contributing to app development for General Motors. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Information Technology with a focus on Application Development from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.
