Gary Schaefer

Gary Schaefer currently serves as the Territory Service Manager at NCS Ryko Solutions, a role held since January 2019, where responsibilities include managing Service Technicians, Chemical Drivers, and Install Technicians across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota, with a focus on P&L and territory growth. Gary has been with Ryko Solutions, Inc. since June 1990, initially working as a Field Service Technician responsible for installing, servicing, and inspecting car wash equipment, and later transitioning to a PC Specialist role providing technical phone support and training internal and customer technicians. Gary holds an Associate of Science degree in Robotics Technology/Technician from Indian Hills Community College, completed between 1990 and 1992.
