Georg Knorr brings over 20 years of expertise in digitalization, transformation, sales, and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at RZB Lighting since January 2020. With a passion for transforming organizations and processes to enhance customer value and overall experience, Georg emphasizes the importance of clear change management and measurable outcomes for effective transformation. Previously, Georg held various leadership roles at NICI GmbH/NICI Asia Ltd. focusing on digital markets and customer experience, as well as customer service. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Mediengruppe Oberfranken, where responsibilities spanned controlling, process management, and production planning. Georg holds a degree in Business Process Management from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems and vocational training as a media designer from Staatliche Berufsschule II Bamberg.
