Ryan Gregory has extensive experience in agricultural science, particularly in cotton breeding and agronomy. Currently serving as a Breeding Research Scientist at Hopsteiner since May 2020, Ryan previously held the position of US Cotton Phenotyping Lead at BASF, where responsibilities included high throughput phenotyping and field technologies. Prior roles include Assistant Breeder at Bayer Crop Science, Agronomist at Cory Adams Farms, and Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M AgriLife, among others. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Agricultural and Horticultural Plant Breeding and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Crop and Soil Sciences, both from Texas Tech University.
