Shikha Miglani

Shikha Miglani is the Founder & CEO/Chief Captain at Saarthee - Actionable Insights, where Shikha has been since February 2014. Shikha is also the Founder of Girl of Substance since January 2016. With a background in engineering, Shikha has held positions at companies such as Metso and BHEL, where Shikha has worked on various projects and commissions. Shikha has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
