Tuna Alp is a Graduate Researcher at the Sabancı University Nanotechnology Research & Application Center since October 2020, focusing on projects related to superconductivity and material characterization, specifically in fabricating superconducting integrated circuits and developing new superconducting pi-junctions. Concurrently, Tuna Alp serves as a Teaching Assistant for a course on the Nature of Science. Previous research experience includes work as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at ODTÜ İvmer and Argonne National Laboratory, where expertise was gained in Mössbauer Spectroscopy, particle detectors, and synchrotron radiation. Tuna Alp holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, a Master of Science in Physics from Sabancı University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics at Sabancı University through 2027.
