Shandy Francisca is an experienced professional with a strong background in market development and sustainability in the chemical and coating industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager Market Development for Rest of Asia at SABIC, Shandy has been instrumental in establishing value chain collaborations focused on circularity in plastic waste and promoting carbon neutrality efforts. Previously held positions include Corporate Sustainability Manager and Senior Engineer, with a focus on reducing carbon footprints and developing sustainable solutions. Prior to SABIC, Shandy was Business Unit Manager at PT Acme Indonesia and Account Specialist Manager at PT Lautan Luas Tbk, developing business strategies and managing teams in the coating sector. Educationally, Shandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
