Sahal Mukhtar has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Sahal currently holds the position of Vice President at SAED. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director at Maharah Human Resources from 2016 onwards. Sahal also worked as an Executive at Watan First Co. for Human Resource from 2021 to 2023. Before that, Sahal held the role of HR Executive at Maharah Human Resources in 2015. Sahal briefly served as the Director of Human Resources at Chalhoub Group in 2013. Sahal's career in HR began in 2003 when they joined King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (Gen. Org.) as an HR Specialist, staying there until 2013.

Sahal Mukhtar, MHRM, earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from King Saud University from 1998 to 2002. Sahal also obtained a second Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from the same institution during the same time period. Later, Sahal pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Canberra, completing their studies from 2008 to 2010.
