Behar Skenderaj

Behar Skenderaj currently serves as an Assistant Manager in the IT Department at Safavieh since August 2018, previously holding the role of Information Technology Help Desk. Prior to that, Behar worked as an IT Specialist at BKT from April 2013 to March 2016, focusing on Oracle PL/SQL development. Early experience includes a position as a Web Developer at GFS Research from January 2012 to March 2013, where development of web pages and web surveys was undertaken utilizing technologies such as PHP, PERL, JavaScript, and others. Behar holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana (2011-2015) and has completed additional training in Oracle Database 12c at Oracle University in 2014, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana (2008-2011).
