Katie Biondi

Katie Biondi, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of People + Culture at Palisades Hospitality Group, a position held since July 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Talent & Culture at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa from June 2015 to June 2018, and Assistant Director of Human Resources at The Fairmont San Francisco from September 2012 to May 2015, as well as at The Fairmont San Jose from March 2007 to August 2012. Earlier in their career, Katie worked as a Recruiter at Volt from September 2004 to February 2007. Education was completed at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences was earned.
