Amy Parsons

Amy Parsons is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Associate Director of Global HR Programme Management and Business Partnering at Safran since July 2025. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at Collins Aerospace from January 2019 to July 2025, including Associate Director of Global HR Programme Management and Business Partnering, Associate Director of Actuation Systems UK, Deputy Head of HR, and HR Transformation Lead.
