Simon Gray has an extensive work experience in procurement and efficiency roles. Simon started their career at 4C Associates as a Senior Manager and later worked at Serco as an Interim Procurement Consultant. Simon then transitioned to Fujitsu as an Interim Strategic Sourcing Manager before joining Monitor-NHS Regulator as the Interim Head of Procurement. Later, Simon served as the Interim Procurement Director at the University of London and then at CSC in various procurement roles. Simon then worked at Smith & Nephew as a Supply Chain Consultant. Simon also held roles at P&O Ferries, Navon Support Services Limited, and is currently the Director of Procurement & Efficiency at Saga plc.

Simon Gray attended Nottingham Trent University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Management. Simon'sstudies focused on the fields of business and engineering.
