Nivedha N

Nivedha N is the Founder and CEO of SAGCLAY, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Nivedha served as Delivery Manager at both Wintegrity and Softura from July 2018 to February 2023. Nivedha's earlier career includes a role as Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at DivIHN Integration Inc from November 2014 to April 2018, and experience as a Recruiter at Dell Services from May 2011 to August 2012. Nivedha also held the position of Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at IBM Global Services for a brief period in 2010, and served as Senior Executive in Human Resources at Infotronics from March 2007 to February 2010. The career began as a Recruiter at Sutherland Global Services from March 2006 to February 2007. Nivedha holds an M.B.A in HR & Marketing from the University of Madras and a B.E in Electrical and Electronics from Periyar University.
