Shawn mac Lean

Shawn Mac Lean has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Shawn began their career as a PC Technician at AEGIS Manufacturing in 1996, where they were responsible for testing and configuring custom computers. Shawn also gained experience in installing and troubleshooting operating systems.

In 1997, Shawn joined Danbury Sales and Auctioneers as the Head PC Technician. Shawn built and repaired computers for clients, solved hardware and software problems, and maintained the production line.

From 1999 to 2000, Shawn worked as a PC Technician at Dynix Computers, where they continued to build and repair computers.

In 2000, Shawn joined BCE Emergis as an Operations Analyst. Shawn monitored bank websites, Compaq servers, and firewalls, and handled incoming service calls. Shawn also performed nightly backups of servers and processed data for clients.

From 2002 to 2010, while working as a self-employed IT consultant, Shawn served as a PC Tech, providing technical support to clients.

Since 2012, Shawn has been working at SageNet as a Senior Tech Support Specialist Tier 3 / Cyber Security. Shawn'sresponsibilities include supporting various forms of communication, troubleshooting satellite dish setups, and dealing with routers, switches, and modems.

In 1996, Shawn Mac Lean attended Success Business College, where they received a Diploma in LAN/PC Repair Specialist.
