Valari Regan received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Classical Studies from Indiana University Bloomington, graduating in 1993. Prior to their college education, they obtained a high school diploma from Buchanan High School, completing their studies there from 1985 to 1989. In terms of additional certifications, Valari obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in December 2015, and earlier, in May 2005, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the same institution.
