Neeta Daryani Gropper, CAP, TA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in executive assistance and real estate. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at SAGE since January 2022, Neeta has also owned NDG HOMES since February 2002. Prior roles include HR Programs Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President at the University of North Carolina System from June 2016 to January 2022, as well as various executive assistance positions within the UNC System Office. Neeta holds a Certified Administrative Professional credential from IAAP and has educational experience from Western Carolina University and Stony Brook University.

SAGE is the country's largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ+) older adults. Founded in 1978 and headquartered in New York City, SAGE is a national organization that offers supportive services and consumer resources to LGBTQ+ older adults and their caregivers, advocates for public policy changes that address the needs of LGBTQ+ older people, provides education and technical assistance for aging providers and LGBTQ+ organizations through its National Resource Center on LGBT Aging, and cultural competence training through SAGECare. With staff located across the country, SAGE also coordinates SAGENet, a growing network of affiliates in the United States.
