Caitlin began their career as an intern at HarbourVest Partners. After two years, they transitioned to Harris Williams & Co. as an Investment Banking Analyst on the Technology team. During their three years there, they worked on various M&A and capital markets transactions. In 2016, they joined Summit Partners as a Growth Equity Associate, focused on technology investments. While at Summit, Caitlin was involved in investments in Klaviyo, A Cloud Guru (a Pluralsight company), Sifted (formerly VeriShip), and Allego. In 2019, they left Summit to join Sifted (formerly VeriShip) as SVP, Partnerships & Corporate Development. Caitlin spent over a year at Sifted before joining Sageview Capital as Vice President in 2020.
Caitlin Vorlicek has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colby College and Dana Hall School.
