Abigail Lacey

Abigail Lacey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract operations and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of the EMEA Contract Operations Team at SailPoint since September 2017, Abigail leads a team of legal experts in negotiating complex technology contracts to enhance customer success and sales growth in the EMEA region. Previous roles include EMEA Senior Contract Manager and EMEA Contract Manager at Frazer-Nash Consultancy, as well as key in-house legal positions at OCSL and Novell, where Abigail developed competencies in contract review, drafting, and negotiation. Moreover, a solid foundation in the legal field was built through earlier experiences as a Legal & Contracts Advisor at HCL SAP Practice and a Paralegal at Thermo Fisher Scientific, along with training as a Court Reporter. Abigail holds credentials as a Chartered Legal Executive lawyer (FCILEx) from CILEX Law School, complemented by a degree in Classical Music from The University of Manchester.
