Harsh Shah

Harsh Shah is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development, particularly in identity security and connected car services. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Identity Security Cloud at SailPoint, Harsh leads critical initiatives in identity lifecycle management and customer onboarding. Prior roles include directing platform services and integrations at SailPoint and INRIX, where significant contributions were made in developing scalable cloud solutions and autonomous vehicle monitoring systems. Harsh also provides strategic insight as a Corporate Advisory Board Member at Code2College and an advisor at Interview Kickstart. With a strong foundation in software engineering from Microsoft and the University of Southern California, Harsh holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Computer Networks.
