Simon Parr

Simon Parr is a seasoned retail professional with over two decades of experience in various management roles. Currently serving as a Retail Store Manager at Sainsbury's since October 2022, Simon previously held positions at Dunelm, including Senior Manager of Store Digital Operations and Store Manager, from 2009 to October 2022. Between January 2000 and February 2009, Simon was the Managing Director at Firstline, where the business was successfully developed from a small startup into a multi-site operation. Earlier career experience includes serving as Sales Manager at Hurst Publishers from January 1998 to January 2000, where foundational sales and marketing skills were acquired. Simon holds a BA in Business Economics from De Montfort University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
