Previously, they worked at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, where they held several roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, National Learning & Development Director, National Training Manager, Ecommerce Manager, and Client Experiences Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in leadership development, talent acquisition, performance management, policy compliance, and training. Allison also successfully led program implementations and managed teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Allison Turner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Allison pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2014.
