Harshini Jayaram

Harshini Jayaram is an experienced technology and AI product leader currently serving as Director of AI Product Management at Salesforce and as an AI Advisor for The Rockefeller Foundation. Previously, Harshini was an AI Strategist and founding member of the go-to-market team at Distyl AI, where strategic partnership management and Generative AI solutions for Fortune 50 clients were key responsibilities. Harshini has also held significant roles at Snorkel AI, including Director of Business Operations and Growth, where strategic initiatives were executed. Through positions with the City of Boston and the U.S. House of Representatives, Harshini demonstrated a commitment to digital equity and policy development. Earlier experience at Microsoft involved leading significant projects in Azure Identity, along with an academic background consisting of a Bachelor's Degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School.
