Arun Sittampalam

Arun Sittampalam currently serves as the Director of Product Management AI at Swisscom, leading the enterprise-scale AI platform transformation in voicebot and chatbot domains since October 2022. Sittampalam combines product strategy, AI governance, and cross-functional leadership to achieve automation gains while promoting responsible AI adoption. Additionally, Arun is a guest lecturer at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich and ZHAW School of Management and Law, focusing on AI management and marketing. Previously, Arun held roles at Swisscom, including Product Owner and Business Engineer, where successful development of a digital procurement platform resulted in significant savings. Arun's career began as a Machine Learning Engineer at eonum AG and includes a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Bern.
