Gauri Iyengar

Gauri Iyengar is a professional with extensive experience in customer and partner education, currently serving as the Manager of Customer and Partner Education at Salesloft since March 2024. Prior to this role, Gauri held various positions at Drift from November 2019 to March 2024, including Senior Product Education Marketing Manager and Product Education Marketer, where responsibilities involved customer retention, email campaigns, content creation, and performance evaluation. Additionally, Gauri was the Manager of Product Education at Teikametrics from August 2016 to November 2019, focusing on customer education experiences and support for Customer Success and Sales teams. Earlier career roles included Customer Success Manager II at Banana Republic/Gap Inc. and Program Assistant at the Tracy Farmer Institute for Sustainability and the Environment. Gauri holds a B.A. in Integrated Strategic Communication and German from the University of Kentucky, complemented by an International Undergraduate Study Program at The Philipp University of Marburg.
