Allan Thessen

Allan Thessen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management and project leadership, primarily in the HR and communication sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Manager and IT Business Partner at Salling Group since October 2021, Allan focuses on prioritizing initiatives to maximize organizational value, leading key projects like the implementation of SF Employee Central across multiple countries and the upgrade of UKG Pro WFM. Previously, Allan held various roles at Arla Foods and Salling Group, including Senior Project Manager for HR Operational Projects and Project & Support Office Manager for føtex. Additionally, significant contributions were made to the implementation of Kronos Workforce Management solutions in a diverse array of retail and logistics environments.
