Saira Syed Janecek

Saira Syed Janecek is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Samba TV since April 2025. Prior to this role, Saira held the position of Senior Director, HRBP and Head of HR for the United States, Canada, and LATAM at Redis from July 2021 to January 2025. Additional experience includes serving as Director of HR Business Partner and Learning & Development at Benchling from June 2019 to July 2021, and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at both Facebook from August 2015 to August 2019 and GoodData from December 2013 to August 2015. Saira obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology from Purdue University, where studies were completed between January 2000 and January 2004.
