Anuradha Gupta has over 20 years of work experience in various organizations. Anuradha started their career at NIIT Limited as an Asst Branch Manager in 1999 and later worked as a Branch Manager at SSI Ltd. In 2004, they became a Branch Manager at ICFAI UNIVERSITY where they handled a team of 8 people and focused on maximizing business revenues. In 2006, they joined Universitas 21 Global as a Business Development Manager. From 2008 to 2010, they served as an Associate Partner - Sales at Aspire Human Capital. Anuradha then joined Magic Bus India Foundation as the Head of Business Development from 2010 to 2015. Anuradha was subsequently the National Head at Habitat for Humanity International from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Anuradha worked as the Head Corporate Partnerships at Smile Foundation. Currently, they hold the positions of Chief Resource Mobilization Officer and National Head - Strategic Partnerships at Sampark Foundation, a foundation that aims to improve the quality of education for millions of children in India.
Anuradha Gupta obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Saint Anthony's Girls' High School in Chembur from 1988 to 1994.
