Jason Madwed

Jason Madwed, MSA, currently serves as the Tax Technology Manager at Samsonite since November 2018, where responsibilities include managing tax provision and compliance processes, providing strategic guidance on tax software platforms, and developing custom Power BI dashboards. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Tax Manager at Samsonite, overseeing the preparation and review of federal and state tax provisions. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Tax Accountant at Medtronic, focusing on tax provisions and compliance, and as a Senior Tax Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP, where Jason performed audits related to income tax accounts. Jason began the career as a Junior Staff Accountant at Restivo Monacelli LLP. Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
