Tim Crowley

Tim Crowley currently serves as the Vice President of Global Tax at Samsonite, a position held since December 2006, following a tenure as Director of Global Tax. In this role, Tim Crowley is responsible for global tax planning and implementation for approximately 75 foreign and domestic entities, with expertise in IFRS conversions, corporate inversions, cash repatriation planning, cash tax reduction strategies, transfer pricing, debt restructuring, joint ventures, and IP migration issues. Prior to Samsonite, Tim Crowley was a Senior Tax Manager at Ocean Spray Cranberries from November 1997 to December 2006, focusing on international and domestic tax compliance, reporting, audit, and planning. Earlier in the career, Tim Crowley worked as a Tax Manager at Ground Round Restaurants Inc from 1993 to 1997 and as a Staff Accountant at regional CPA firms from 1987 to 1993. Tim Crowley holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University and degrees in Accounting and Finance from Bridgewater State University, as well as foundational education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
