Sam Sinasohn is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in global taxation and corporate development. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Tax at ViaSat Inc. since July 2016, Sinasohn previously held the position of Chief Taxation Officer and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions Services at ResMed from 2008 to 2016, overseeing global taxation for a substantial medical device firm. Prior experience includes 23 years at Sunrise Medical as Vice President of Tax and Corporate Development, managing global tax operations for the company, and a foundational role at KPMG as Supervising Senior Tax Specialist, advancing through various levels during a three-year tenure. Sinasohn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
