Jeff Tibayan is an experienced educator and community coordinator with a diverse background in program development, facility management, and teaching. Currently serving as the Family Learning Center Coordinator at the San Jose Public Library since June 2019, Jeff focuses on creating programs for vulnerable community groups, including English Language Learners and families in need. Previous roles include Building Attendant for the City of Milpitas, Engineering Technician I for the City of San José, and Community Education Specialist I at UCANR, among others. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Physical Education from Charleston Southern University.
