Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at Pacific Foundation Services since December 2021, Janaya oversees a $30 million grantmaking portfolio that funds over 60 initiatives aimed at advancing mental health and well-being. Previous roles include Director of Programs and Partnerships at Well Being Trust, Program Officer at First 5 LA, Grants Manager at Dignity Health, and Client Services Consultant at DME Consult LLC. Janaya’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Sociology from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
