Caroline Slowey-Dickinson has extensive experience in multi-brand management and operations, currently serving as Managing Director at SandpiperCI since October 2007, where responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies across various brands such as iQ Apple, Burger King, and Card Factory. Previous roles at SandpiperCI include Director of Operations and Head of Foods, where Caroline managed food business operations and store management in Jersey. Prior experience also includes Brand Director at iQ Isle of Man Apple Premium Reseller from June 2018 to October 2022, and Departmental Manager at Tesco, overseeing the fresh food, meat, and poultry department. Caroline holds an Associate’s Degree in Retail Management from The Open University, completed between 2013 and 2018.
