Caroline Bergeron

Caroline Bergeron serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sangoma since October 2024, following a similar role at Wilcox Industries from July 2022 to October 2024, where Caroline implemented HRIS-based onboarding to enhance efficiency. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Caroline previously directed diverse HR functions at Crane Currency, St. Paul's School, and Harvey Construction Corporation, emphasizing career development, compliance, and the establishment of comprehensive HR policies. Caroline holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
