Erik Buckholz

Erik Buckholz currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Spectrum Vision Partners, a role assumed in August 2025, where the focus is on leading HR strategy within a significant healthcare organization. Prior to this, Erik was the Senior Director of Administration and Human Resources at 61st Street Service Corp from October 2021 to August 2025, overseeing HR functions for a large physician network. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Compass Group, Director of Learning and Development at Restaurant Associates, and Senior Human Resources Manager at Flik Hospitality Group. Erik holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Stony Brook University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
