Ray-Ann Sedres

Ray-ann Sedres is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in socio-economic transformation and sustainability. Currently serving as the Chief Socio-economic Transformation Officer at Sanlam since March 2021, Ray-ann previously held various leadership roles at Santam Insurance from 2007 to July 2024, including Head of Sustainability and Head of Transformation, where the focus was on BEE compliance and reporting. Prior to that, Ray-ann worked as Manager of BBBEE at Metropolitan Life from 1999 to 2007. Ray-ann holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Stellenbosch University, completed between 2010 and 2013.
