Stephen Ruhmel

Stephen Ruhmel currently serves as the Director, Clinical Strategy Lead for Digital Endpoints at Sanofi, where responsibilities include identifying, creating, validating, and operationalizing digital endpoints in clinical studies. Previously, at Johnson & Johnson, Stephen held the position of Associate Director, Innovative Health, focusing on transformational projects related to digital health, patient-centricity, and real-world evidence across various therapeutic areas. Early in his career, Stephen contributed to public health initiatives as a Technology Manager, launching digital solutions to improve healthcare access in underserved populations and overseeing IT projects for Global Public Health. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University and a Master of Public Health in Global Public Health from Rutgers University.
