Halyna Maksymiv is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in translation, business development, and talent acquisition. As the owner of Max Language Solutions since 2010, Halyna specializes in wind power translations within the green energy sector. Additionally, Halyna serves as Lead Editor for the Ukrainian language at SANS Institute, focusing on digital security. Halyna has developed a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Blue Carrot Video Production. As the founder of the School of International Freelance for Translators, Halyna aims to empower translators in the global market. Her previous roles include Business Development and Marketing Consultant at ApricusIT, Content Creator for a children's YouTube channel, and a lecturer at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, alongside significant freelance translation work specializing in technical, legal, and medical fields.
