Rodney Jurd

Rodney Jurd is an experienced professional in the field of instrumentation and electrical maintenance, currently serving as a Field Trainer and Assessor at Santos Ltd since February 2018. In this role, Rodney is responsible for onsite training covering site inductions, maintenance training, operational areas for both OSBL and ISBL, LOTO training, and VOCs on high-risk equipment. Prior to this, Rodney worked as an E/I Operator Maintainer at Santos Ltd, focusing on daily operations and maintenance in the plant's OSBL section, as well as overseeing ship loading and unloading of ethylene and propane. Before joining Santos, Rodney was employed by UGL Limited as an Electrical/Instrumentation Technician, specializing in electrical and instrumentation maintenance with experience in EEHA and HV switching. Rodney holds a Certificate 3 in Instrumentation Technology/Technician from CQUniversity, earned between 2015 and 2016.
