Alexander Cronenberg

Alexander Cronenberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and partner management at SAP since January 2012. Currently serving as Global Vice President and Head of Indirect Customer Success Management, Alexander oversees post-sales practices for SAP's partners in the MEE region, focusing on product consumption and contract renewals. Previous roles include leading a global team as Global Head of Specialized Partner Success Executives and managing sales for SAP Business One and Business ByDesign in Germany. Alexander's career began at Sybase, where responsibility included EMEA Inside-Sales for Managed Mobility. Alexander holds a Diploma in Business Information Systems from the University of Duisburg-Essen, specializing in Marketing, E-Business, and E-Entrepreneurship.
