Wenying Qin

Wenying (Wendy) Qin serves as the Sr. Director of Global Program Management at Sarepta Therapeutics since September 2018, leading the successful BLA submission for the SRP-9001 program and overseeing late-stage global program management and key regulatory agency engagements. Previously, Wenying held positions as Director of Project Management at Summit Therapeutics and Catabasis Pharmaceuticals, and played pivotal roles in various drug development initiatives across multiple companies, including Biogen, Synta Pharmaceuticals, and sanofi-aventis. An experienced project manager in pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, Wenying's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Illinois Chicago, an MBA Certificate from OCEAN in Boston, and a B.S. in Medicinal Chemistry from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University.
