Greg Wootton

Greg Wootton is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and operations. Since February 2016, Greg has served as a Principal Systems Technical Support Engineer and Team Lead at SAS, specializing in SAS 9 and SAS Viya environments, including areas such as metadata management, Kubernetes deployment, and custom programming for report generation. Prior to SAS, Greg spent 14 years at Total Outsourced Systems, rising to the role of Senior Manager of Operations, where responsibilities included providing technical support for a wide range of consumer and business technologies. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University and an Associate of Applied Sciences in Network Technology from Wake Technical Community College.
