Ritu Bhatnagar, PMP®, CSM®, SAFe®, currently serves as Manager of Cloud Customer Experience and Cloud Project Manager at SAS since 2020, focusing on Azure Cloud implementation and migration while ensuring customer satisfaction and project alignment with business goals. Prior to SAS, Ritu held project management and quality engineering roles at Allscripts, overseeing project planning, budgeting, and automation development, and worked as an Automation Quality Analyst/Scrum Master at Fidelity National Financial, applying Agile methodologies. Ritu's career began at Acterna as a Software Engineer specializing in telecommunications network analysis tools. Ritu holds a degree from North Carolina State University.
