Rolf Henniger is a seasoned professional in data and computational science with extensive experience in the motorsport industry. Currently serving as the Head of Data and Computational Science at Sauber Motorsport AG since November 2011, Rolf has held various leadership roles including Head of Simulation and Software Development, and Vehicle Simulation Engineer. Previously, Rolf contributed to academia as a Research and Teaching Assistant at ETH Zurich from October 2005 to March 2012, and completed a short-term traineeship at DYNAmore and Porsche, along with a diploma project at Daimler Chrysler. Rolf holds a PhD in fluid dynamics, CFD methodology, and high-performance computing from ETH Zürich and a Diploma in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.
