Josh Richards is a Vice Chair of the Litigation Department and Co-Chair of the Higher Education Industry Group at Saul Ewing LLP, where expertise includes advising educational institutions on litigation, compliance, and government investigations related to Title VI, Title IX, and other federal statutes. With a focus on diversity and discrimination matters, employment disputes, and student conduct issues, Josh also engages in investigations and on-site training for higher education clients. Prior to this role, Josh served as a Litigation Associate at Dechert LLP and as a Law Clerk for the United States Federal Courts. Josh holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in International Studies from Middlebury College.
